Race and gender are topics in our national dialog this election cycle.
It's also the topic of conversation when looking at the earning power of physicians. A recent study shows that black male physicians earn 35% less than white male physicians.. Further, white female physicians earn 40% less than while male physicians. This earning disparity factors into the ability to build wealth.
